Teacher – Env + Natural Resources – Russell Henderson

Dr. Henderson grew up on his family’s farm and has more than 30 years of beef cattle production and subsistence agriculture experience.  He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Mechanization from Clemson University, a Master’s of Science in Crop and Soil Science from University of Georgia and a PhD in Plant and Environmental Sciences with an emphasis in tobacco research from Clemson University. In addition to teaching, he owns and operates his own vegetable farm on John’s Island.
