Mr. Hartzog has many years of industry experience.  He spent 7 years in the military (US Marine Corps and US Army) working in aircraft avionics maintenance and structural repair. He then spent another 30 plus years in heavy industry working as a welder for companies such as: Chevron, Sunoco, Intel, Bechtel Corporation, and Flour Corporation.
