Chef Mellard holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of Charleston. She brings hands-on experience from working at Fox and Hounds in Summerville, Outback Steakhouse in North Charleston, and serving as the Special Functions Chef for Trident Hospital. Her dedication and real-world expertise inspire students to explore their potential and succeed in the culinary field.
