Brian O’Neill is a veteran electrical educator with 17 years of teaching experience at DCCTC and 10 years as an instructor for the Charleston Electrical Contractors Association Apprenticeship Program. He specializes in preparing high school students with the skills, discipline, and technical foundation needed to successfully transition into registered apprenticeships and long-term careers in the electrical trade.
Mr. O’Neill says, “I love seeing my students succeed at the high school level and then take those skills into the apprenticeship program, working their way toward becoming journeyman electricians. Watching that progression is what makes this job worth it.”
“It is a great feeling to see students earn success in an area that changes their lives.”
