Mr. Bivens is a graduate of Summerville High School and holds a certification in Diesel Engine Technology from WyoTech. With more than 15 years of experience working on engines, he spent the past eight years in fleet management with Carolina Idealease.

Mr. Bivens is enthusiastic about teaching and preparing the next generation of automotive technicians. He shares, “I’ve seen many people enter the auto technology field unprepared, and I want to train young adults using my experience to help them succeed in the workforce.”

Outside the classroom, Mr. Bivens enjoys spending time with his wife and children and working on his farm.
