Ms. Leonard grew up in Givhans, South Carolina, and brings a strong background in animal care and agricultural education to the classroom. She previously worked as a zookeeper at Bee City and in the education department at Riverbanks Zoo, where she developed a passion for teaching others about the natural world. A graduate of Clemson University, Ms. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education with a minor in Agricultural Mechanization and Business. She is thrilled to begin teaching students how to better understand, value, and appreciate their natural resources.
